But I am going to pretend to be, if asked, when I call in to a radio talk show about women and weight management, later today.
*Sigh*
The favours I do for friends....

radio talk show - you too? :-) Now why would a woman that gorgeous need to find out anything about weight management? It's not easy to stay thin I suppose - not for me anyway (not that I'm thin). I went to a new gym and did a BMI test (or whatever you call it) and discovered I'm just one step away from being categorised as obese! Gasp! I need to lose weight, pronto!
You! Obese????? NO WAY!!!! What is this world coming to?? [horror] The BMI thingy is definitely faulty.
We all have different build and body frames, which logically should be a BIG factor in how much weight we could/should carry on our skeletons. And how about factoring bone density in the equation, too?
