Ring ring Who's there?
Ever wonder why people call themselves when they pick up the phone? At least three of my colleagues sitting on our “aisle” do that. It really tickles me.
I mean, we all have direct lines. If someone calls my direct line, I assume he/she knows it would reach me, directly. I really would not be able to bring myself to pick up my own phone and say, “Hi Nicole.”

no, tat's not how it is suppose to be..the correct way of greeting is:
Hello, good morning/afternoon/evening, this is Nicole speaking(how may I help you?)
well... whenever i get bleep... its always ' hello...Tan here....
well, now you can say.. hellos Charles here...
You could answer the phone and say something like "Hello. Gorgeous speaking". Then wait for the pregnant silence to pass, followed either by the laughter (cool) or the confusion (uncool) on the other end.
Good idea, since I would be telling the truth anyways...
Hi, super gorgeous here (LOL)
che wah... ada orang nak chellen ye?
